-Returns can be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us if you wish to make a return.

-We do not pay for any return labels under any circumstance. If a discount is used(store discounts and shipping discounts) and a return is made, the discounts will be void and ineligible. Shipping will be deducted.

- We do not accept anything in unoriginal condition(damaged or missing pieces, unstrung pearls or beads). You will be charged a stringing fee.

-We process and ship out all orders the day of from Monday to Friday if the purchase is made before 1PM. Orders made after this time will be shipped the next day.

-Domestic shipments take 3-7 days to arrive(may vary depending on USPS). We are not responsible for any late arrivals as we do not control shipping after we have handed the package off to the shipping company.

-International shipments take 2-6 weeks to arrive.

-We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please message us if you would like to purchase insurance for your package.
